WHO IS AMTILLPM?

adrian was born musical. his parents raised him in a house full of everything from Hall & Oates’ soulful songs to Outkast’s silky flows to the classics of label imprints like Motown and Stax.

it’s only natural, then, that he started making music. adrian has been playing the piano since elementary school, and in 2018 he began branching out into the world of production, with mentor Drozart teaching him the essentials of creating standalone projects.

it’s around this time adrian discovered his passion for rap. he began practicing freestyling, transitioning from Soundcloud and YouTube beats to his own — and those of the talented folks around him. in 2020, he released his first track, Bull City, with a feature from fellow durhamite Ace Fresco.

In the time since, Adrian has released several songs under the amtillpm MONIKER — INCLUDING, MOST RECENTLY, HIS album ‘bless your heart.’
